A beef, lamb and sheep meat eating quality program established by Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA), designed to improve the eating quality and consistency of red meat. Our meats are part of MSA grading and assessment system, based on long term research and supported by extensive consumer testing, to ensure our meat’s high-quality standard.
Australia’s Halal Authority
Australia’s Halal Authority certifies our meat products, applying the most stringent and conservative Halal requirements and guidelines. The Halal method of slaughtering is in accordance with Sharia Law, ensuring taking away of the animal’s life is in the safest, quickest and least painful way respecting each animal.
